Board members are elected for 3-year terms at annual meetings and upon vacancies to serve the remainder of a term. The Board Secretary and Treasurer are non-voting members contracted by the homeowners' association. 

Shadow Creek Crossing Homeowners’ Association board of directors meets monthly. Meeting minutes are available on the website under the meeting minutes tab. An annual meeting is held each year in May for all unit owners to elect board members and have their voices heard. All unit owners are encouraged to attend.
